2. How is LivoLab different from regular health screenings?

LivoLab is not a one-off checkup. It is a continuous, data-driven, and personalised screening program that follows you over time. We share responsibility for screening outcomes, including refunds if a serious disease occurs despite compliance.

3. What does LivoLab actually do for me?

LivoLab coordinates the right screening tests at the right time, tracks follow-ups, sends reminders, and ensures results are medically reviewed. You receive an ongoing health plan focused on preventing the most common, fatal end-stage diseases. No random test bundles.

4. Who can use LivoLab?

LivoLab is designed for any adult, including those with existing medical conditions.
If you already have an end-stage disease on our list, you may still enrol and be screened for all other listed diseases. Diseases that are already present are naturally excluded from screening, as screening is only effective before disease develops.

5. How does the LivoLab screening process work?

After you sign up, we arrange your screening tests with accredited partner providers and a doctor reviews your results. From there, LivoLab automatically manages reminders, follow-ups, and future screenings for you.
 

6. What happens if something serious is detected?

You will be promptly informed and advised to proceed with further medical
evaluation by a doctor. Early detection allows timely treatment and better outcomes.

7. How does the refund or guarantee mechanism work?

If you develop one of the listed end-stage diseases despite complying with the program, all membership fees paid to date are refunded.

We only require a doctor’s memo stating the diagnosis and the date of diagnosis. No complex claims, no prolonged medical paperwork

8. How much does LivoLab cost, and what’s included?

LivoLab is a monthly membership that includes your personalised screening program, all screening tests under the program, doctors’ review of results, automated reminders, and eligibility for refunds.
Pricing is fixed and transparent at S$60 per month.

9. Can I cancel anytime, and is my data secure?

Yes, you may cancel anytime. Your health data is encrypted, securely stored, and handled in accordance with healthcare data protection standards. We do not sell your data.
