Refund Policy

LivoLab is built on a simple principle: Serious diseases can be prevented when they are detected early.

We believe early detection is success. End-stage disease is failure.

That is why our members follow a structured, personalised screening and follow-up programme, rather than one-off tests.

If a member develops a despite full compliance with the programme’s screening requirements, we treat this as a failure of preventive detection — and refund the membership fees paid, in accordance with our Programme Terms.

In such cases, the cost of all screening tests completed under the programme would effectively have been borne by LivoLab.

This refund policy is not an incentive to get sick. It exists to align us with what truly matters: making sure prevention works — and that the refund never happens.
